Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NihaoDragon! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a tour with us. By confirming your booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Booking & Deposit
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the total tour price is required. This deposit confirms your intention to travel and allows us to begin arranging your itinerary, accommodations, tickets, and guides.
The deposit is non-transferable but partially refundable under the cancellation policy stated below.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining 70% balance must be paid upon your arrival in China, typically at the airport where our guide or driver will meet you. Payment can be made via:
PayPal (recommended for international convenience) Bank transfer (must be completed prior to travel commencement)
Please ensure you have access to your preferred payment method upon arrival to avoid any delays to your tour.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (via email or message). Refunds will be processed based on the date we receive your cancellation notice Beijing time (GMT+8):
More than 15 days before tour start: 10% of the total tour price will be refunded.
Between 15 and 5 days before tour start: 5% of the total tour price will be refunded.
Within 5 days before tour start: No refund can be provided.
Please note: All refunds are calculated based on the total tour price, not the deposit amount.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their home country, covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. NihaoDragon is not responsible for any losses or costs arising from unplanned travel interruptions.
5. Visas & Entry Documents
It is your responsibility to obtain the correct entry visa and travel documents for visiting China. We can provide invitation letters and general guidance but do not guarantee visa issuance.
6. Force Majeure & Unexpected Events
NihaoDragon is not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, public health emergencies, strikes, flight delays, or governmental actions.
In such cases, we will make every effort to adjust your itinerary and minimize impact.
7. Changes to Itinerary
Minor changes may be made to improve your experience or due to local conditions. We will inform you in advance and always aim to maintain the same standard of service and quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, NihaoDragon cannot be held liable for:
Personal injuries, property loss, or illness during the tour;
Acts or omissions by third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines);
Delays due to factors outside our control.
We will, however, assist you in resolving any issues during your tour.
9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any complaints or disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be governed under the laws of the People's Republic of China, and handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
