Day 1 – Tianmen Mountain & Charming Xiangxi Show
Start your Zhangjiajie adventure with a visit to Tianmen Mountain, known for its dramatic cliffs and panoramic views. Ride the world’s longest cable car, walk the cliff-hanging glass skywalk, and ascend the famous 999 Steps to Tianmen Cave, also called Heaven’s Gate. In the evening, enjoy the Charming Xiangxi Show, a grand performance showcasing the folk dances, music, and customs of ethnic minorities in Hunan.

Day 2 – Zhangjiajie National Forest Park & Avatar Mountains
Enter the magical Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, home to the landscape that inspired Avatar. Take the Bailong Elevator—the world’s tallest outdoor lift—to the Hallelujah Mountains. Continue by cable car to Tianzi Mountain, known for its sea of clouds and towering sandstone pillars. Walk through the scenic Ten-Mile Gallery, a lush valley filled with surreal rock formations. The day is a perfect blend of adventure and cinematic beauty.

Day 3 – Seven-Star Mountain, Dayong Ancient Town & 72 Floors of Wonder
Visit Seven-Star Mountain, a peaceful area with fewer tourists and impressive karst landscapes. Continue to Dayong Ancient Town, a historical gem that once served as a cultural center in the region. Explore traditional architecture, old city walls, and local crafts. End the day at the Floor of Wonders, a glass viewing platform suspended over a deep canyon, offering breathtaking views and a thrilling photo opportunity.

Day 4 – Furong Town & Phoenix Ancient Town
Travel to Furong Town, a stunning village built on cliffs above a waterfall. Stroll through its old streets lined with Tujia-style buildings and enjoy panoramic views of the river below. Later, continue to the enchanting Phoenix Ancient Town (Fenghuang), where you’ll have free time to explore. Walk along the cobbled lanes, admire the stilted riverside houses, and soak in the historic charm of one of China’s most beautiful old towns.

Day 5 – Chadong Border Town & Return to Zhangjiajie
Depart for Chadong, a hidden village near the Hunan-Guizhou border. Surrounded by misty hills and rivers, this peaceful town offers a rare glimpse into slow, traditional life. Ride a small ferry, walk by wooden houses, and connect with the untouched beauty of this tranquil corner. In the afternoon, return to Zhangjiajie and prepare for your departure the next day.

💴 Currency: China's official currency is RMB (CNY). Download Alipay before arrival for mobile payments. Do not carry cash exceeding ¥20,000 RMB (or equivalent) when entering China.

🔌 Voltage: China uses Type A/C two-pin plugs with 220V voltage. We provide universal adapters—no need to bring your own.
🌡️ Climate (May–June): Guilin: 18–29°C (summer clothing recommended). Sichuan: 12–18°C (pack a jacket). Wear sports shoes/outdoor attire. Forgot something? No worries—China has affordable malls everywhere.
⏰ Time Zone: China follows GMT+8. The first half of the itinerary is leisurely paced for easy adjustment.
